Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic sales team.
Responsibilities- Proactively engage with potential clients through cold-calling and messaging, ensuring high-quality leads and inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop strategic plans for penetrating new markets and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams by analyzing lead quality data from internal systems.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Monta's product suite and effectively communicate its value proposition to clients.
- Utilize industry-leading tools such as Hubspot, Gong, Cognism, and Sales Navigator to drive sales success.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in sales development or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a large lead portfolio efficiently.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and spoken proficiency in both languages.
