As a Business Development Representative for SuccessFactors, you will play a critical role in building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales organization.

Job Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop inbound and outbound leads, identify target accounts, and engage key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels. You will be responsible for meeting daily activity KPIs and developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.

What We Offer

We are proud to offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
