About the Team:
Digital transformation starts with people. SAP SuccessFactors solutions aim to help organizations turn purpose into performance by connecting people to their company's mission. As the leading cloud-based HXM-suite, SAP SuccessFactors solutions have helped over 6,600+ customers and 120 million+ people across more than 60 industries in over 200 countries and territories turn purpose into performance.

In this role, you'll build pipeline and uncover new opportunities for our field sales organization with SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field. You will be the glue between sales and marketing, developing inbound and outbound leads and qualifying these before passing them to our field sales colleagues.

Responsibilities:
Building pipeline by setting up qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives
Identifying target accounts, profiling, and engaging key decision makers and influencers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels
Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects
Meeting daily activity KPIs

Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who can challenge the status quo, stay curious, and enjoys working on meaningful projects while being energized by lifelong learning.
- Articulate, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success-driven
1-2 years of relevant sales/business development experience
Fluent German and English speaker, additional languages beneficial
Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs
Works well in a team setting with the ability to learn and adapt quickly

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
