As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and success. Your key responsibilities will include:

Job Description
  • Researching and prospecting new clients
  • Designing and executing outbound campaigns via various touchpoints
  • Presenting our solutions to a diverse range of stakeholders, including Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, and more
  • Collaborating with the Sales Executive and broader Sales Team to develop strategic initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Romanian, or Greek and a good command of English
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields
  • A strong work ethic, characterized by proactivity, flexibility, and a willingness to take calculated risks
  • The ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment

Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
