**Job Overview:**
We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team, focused on building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales organization within Human Experience Management (HXM). As the glue between sales and marketing, you'll develop inbound and outbound leads, qualifying them before passing them to our field sales colleagues.
In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives. You'll identify target accounts, profile, and engage key decision makers and influencers using compelling outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels. You'll also develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects, meeting daily activity KPIs.
