Business Development Representative for Enterprise Software Sales

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and executing strategic growth opportunities related to our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt for new clients and increase SAP's footprint by building new relationships with new and existing customers through traditional and digital means.
- Consulting customers on a range of SAP products to help improve their processes and gain productivity and time, reduce costs and increase revenue.
- Influencing customers LOB and C-level execs alike.
- Support efforts to build business development capabilities and organization.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of business development experience in enterprise software sales preferred.
- Experience in ERP, Digital Supply Chain, Human Resources, Customer Experience, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning.
- Industry knowledge: Manufacturing, Healthcare, Governance, Education, Retail, Wholesale, Fintech, Transportation.
- Interpersonal skills: passion, curiosity, collaborative working style, active listening, empathy, innovative and extra mile mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science required from an accredited university; MBA or advanced degree in related discipline preferred.
What We Offer:
- A highly competitive salary of approximately €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
