Enterprise Sales Representative for Education Sector

We are seeking a highly-skilled and results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a key member, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities for Education products across Enterprise and Education.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough research to identify and build a robust pipeline of potential enterprise & education clients that fit our ideal customer profile.
- Actively engaging prospects through schedule calls, cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to initiate conversations and build initial interest.
- Qualifying customers using BANT or similar qualification criteria, converting into an opportunity, and passing on to the appropriate sales channel.
Requirements
- C2 level Italian language proficiency.
- Direct vital or professional experience with the Educational Sector of the market regions.
- Able to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales development, inside sales or sales outbound experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools like Google Suite.
