Job OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative for the Education sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities for Education products across Enterprise and Education.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential enterprise & education clients that fit our ideal customer profile.
- Outbound/Inbound Prospecting: Actively engage prospects through schedule calls, cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to initiate conversations and build initial interest.
- Qualification and Discovery: Ask targeted questions to uncover potential clients' needs, pain points, and alignment with the benefits of our client's solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our client and internal teams to understand product offerings and contribute valuable insights for enhancing lead generation strategies.
- CRM Management: Diligently track and update lead fields in Salesforce and other systems, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
- Performance: Execute different tasks with accuracy (update Salesforce, follow cadences, return prospect's calls) and coachable to execute various responsibilities effectively.
- Native Level English: Fluent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
- Direct Vital Experience: Direct vital or professional experience with the Educational Sector of the market regions.
- Sales Development Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a sales development, inside sales, or sales outbound role.
- Credentials: Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
- Self-Motivation: A high-energy individual who thrives in a results-driven environment.
- Resilience: The ability to bounce back from setbacks and maintain focus.
As a member of our team, you can expect:
- A salary of €24,000 gross per year + up to €6,000 gross per year in bonus.
