About the Role: Teleperformance Spain is seeking a highly-skilled professional to join our team as an Inbound + Outbound Enterprise Sales Representative. As a key member, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities for Education products across Enterprise and Education.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential enterprise & education clients that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Actively engage prospects through scheduled calls, cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to initiate conversations and build initial interest.
  • Ask targeted questions to uncover potential clients' needs, pain points, and alignment with the benefits of our solutions.
  • Work closely with our client and internal teams to understand product offerings and contribute valuable insights for enhancing lead generation strategies.
  • Track and update lead fields in Salesforce and other systems, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a native level of English, direct experience with the Educational Sector, 2 years of experience in sales development or inside sales, and a Bachelor's degree. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening, are also essential. Proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools like Google Suite are preferred.

Estimated Salary: €35,000 - €50,000 per year (dependent on experience). We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
