Enterprise Sales Representative for Education Sector

At Teleperformance Spain, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member, you'll be responsible for proactively identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities for Education products across Enterprise and Education.

About the Role

You'll lead generation by conducting thorough research to identify and build a robust pipeline of potential enterprise & education clients that fit our ideal customer profile. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound/Inbound Prospecting: Actively engaging prospects through schedule calls, cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to initiate conversations and build initial interest.
  • Qualification and Discovery: Asking targeted questions to uncover potential clients' needs, pain points, and alignment with the benefits of our client's solutions.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with our client and internal teams to understand product offerings and contribute valuable insights for enhancing lead generation strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum Qualifications (must-haves): C2 level Swedish language proficiency, direct experience with the Educational Sector, ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically, 2 years of sales development or inside sales experience, and a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening, and proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools like Google Suite.

We offer a full-time position with a salary of €33,800 per year, plus up to €6,760 in bonus.
