About the Role

Teleperformance, a global leader in customer experience management and contact center business process outsourcing, is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for Education products across Enterprise and Education sectors.
  • Conduct thorough research to build a robust pipeline of potential clients that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Actively engage prospects through scheduled calls, cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to initiate conversations and build initial interest.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand product offerings and contribute valuable insights for enhancing lead generation strategies.
  • Manage CRM systems diligently, ensuring seamless handoffs to sales teams.
Requirements
  • C2 level Swedish language proficiency.
  • Direct experience in the Educational Sector or similar market regions.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or sales outbound roles.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
