Global Sales Development Expert for Education Sector

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Global Sales Development Expert for the Education Sector. As a key member, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities across Enterprise and Education.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential enterprise & education clients that fit our ideal customer profile.
- Outbound/Inbound Prospecting: Engage prospects through scheduled calls, emails, and social media outreach to initiate conversations and build interest.
- Qualification and Discovery: Ask targeted questions to uncover potential clients' needs, pain points, and alignment with our solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand product offerings and contribute valuable insights for enhancing lead generation strategies.
- CRM Management: Diligently track and update lead fields in Salesforce and other systems, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales development, inside sales, or sales outbound experience, with a proven track record of success in identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Requirements:To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications (must-haves):
- C2 level Swedish proficiency
- Direct vital or professional experience with the Educational Sector of the market regions
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
- 2 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or sales outbound experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools like Google Suite
- Preferred Qualifications (good to have):
- Sales experience in the Education sector
- Knowledge of the Spanish market and culture
- Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Catalan, French)
