About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Representatives to proactively identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for Education products across Enterprise and Education. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research to build a robust pipeline of potential enterprise & education clients that fit our ideal customer profile.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify and build a pipeline of potential clients
- Outbound/Inbound Prospecting: Engage prospects through scheduled calls, emails, and social media outreach to initiate conversations and build interest
- Qualification and Discovery: Ask targeted questions to uncover prospects' needs, pain points, and alignment with our client's solutions
- Collaboration: Work closely with our client and internal teams to understand product offerings and contribute valuable insights for enhancing lead generation strategies
- CRM Management: Diligently track and update lead fields in Salesforce and other systems, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team

Requirements:
- Native level of Spanish
- Direct vital or professional experience with the Educational Sector of the market regions
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
- 2 years of experience in sales development, inside sales or sales outbound experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools like Google Suite

Estimated Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience
