Teleperformance Spain, a global leader in customer experience management and contact center business process outsourcing, is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Representative to join their team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities for education products across enterprise and education sectors. The role requires strong sales skills, the ability to build relationships with clients, and a passion for learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and build a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Outbound/Inbound prospecting: Engage with clients through scheduled calls, emails, and social media outreach to initiate conversations and build interest.
  • Qualification and discovery: Ask targeted questions to uncover clients' needs, pain points, and alignment with our solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand product offerings and contribute valuable insights for enhancing lead generation strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Italian language proficiency (C2 level)
  • Direct experience in the educational sector
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • 2 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or sales outbound experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools
