**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities for education products across enterprise and education sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Outbound/Inbound Prospecting: Engage prospects through scheduled calls, emails, and social media outreach to initiate conversations and build initial interest.
  • Qualification and Discovery: Ask targeted questions to uncover potential clients' needs, pain points, and alignment with our solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand product offerings and contribute valuable insights for enhancing lead generation strategies.
  • Crm Management: Diligently track and update lead fields in Salesforce, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • C2 level Italian
    • Direct experience with the educational sector
    • Ability to speak and write English fluently
    • 2 years of sales development or sales outbound experience
    • Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Self-motivation
    • Resilience

Benefits:

  • Full-time position (39h/week)
  • Hybrid working model in Barcelona
  • Salary: €27,500/year + up to €7,000/year in bonus
