Enterprise Sales Representative for Education Sectors

Teleperformance Spain, a leading customer experience management company, is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Representative to join its team. With over 4,700 employees in 10 sites across Barcelona, we are committed to providing a great work environment and career growth opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities for Education products across Enterprise and Education sectors. This involves conducting thorough research, engaging with prospects through calls, emails, and social media outreach, and collaborating with internal teams to understand product offerings.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce. A minimum of 2 years of sales development or sales outbound experience, fluency in English, and a C2 level in Dutch are also required.
As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately €25,760 gross per year, plus up to €6,440 gross per year in bonus. You will also enjoy full-time employment (39 hours per week), a hybrid working model, relocation support, and access to coaches who facilitate personal and professional development. The company offers a permanent contract, a referral program, and established career paths to grow within the project.
