**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team in Norway. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating sales opportunities and contributing to qualified pipeline growth through innovative outbound and inbound prospecting methods.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop territory and account strategies to create meaningful outreach and engage potential clients* Partner with sales, marketing, industry leadership, and BDR peers to focus, learn, and adapt* Cultivate a deep understanding of your target market and identify new sales opportunities*

**Requirements**

* 1+ year of business development/lead generation/sales experience in SaaS or Tech* Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian* Expertise in connecting and engaging decision-makers across multiple channels* Customer-centric mindset with a performance-driven approach* Proactive and self-reliant with a thirst for learning and challenge* In-depth knowledge of the sales/discovery/qualification process*

**Salary Estimate**: Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary range for this role is between **€60,000 - €80,000** per annum, depending on experience.
