Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to join our team and capitalize on the vast opportunities within the SME market. As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our product reach and profit revenues within this dynamic sector.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of identifying, hunting, and closing new business opportunities. With a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in business-to-business selling, you will have a solid understanding of complex systems and be able to effectively communicate their value to non-technical clients.

You will work closely with our sales team to develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, leveraging this knowledge to identify prospective clients and harness additional sales opportunities. Your ability to think strategically and anticipate market trends will enable you to consistently achieve and exceed sales results and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Adp, Inc.'s product and service offerings through attendance at classroom and individual training sessions.
  • Identify prospective clients/sales opportunities within your designated market segment (i.e., 50-199 employees) and nominated territory.
  • Identify and harness additional sales opportunities while promoting Adp, Inc.'s products and services through attendance at industry networking functions.
  • Effectively manage the cold calling/teleprospecting lifecycle.
  • Record and manage all client contact and sales-related intellectual property within the specified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and capability.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in business-to-business selling.Previous experience in a solution sales environment.A proven track record of identifying, hunting, and closing new business.Demonstrated experience in explaining complex systems to non-technical clients.Previous experience in the development of proposals and quotes.Experience networking at industry events.Previous experience completing sales forecasting.Experience in a role requiring the creation and delivery of sales proposals and presentations.Sales scoping and qualification experience.Knowledge of sales channels and how to leverage those to build pipeline.

In addition to a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, we offer:
