Education Sector Sales Representative for Growth Opportunities

About the Role: Teleperformance is seeking a motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for proactively identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities for Education products across Enterprise and Education.
As an Inbound + Outbound Sales Representative, your primary goal will be to lead generation by conducting thorough research to identify potential enterprise & education clients that fit our ideal customer profile. You'll actively engage prospects through schedule calls, cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to initiate conversations and build initial interest.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and build a robust pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools.
- Outbound/Inbound Prospecting: Engage prospects through calls, emails, and social media to initiate conversations and build interest.
- Qualification and Discovery: Uncover potential clients' needs, pain points, and alignment with our solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand product offerings and contribute valuable insights for enhancing lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
- Dutch: C2 level
- Direct vital or professional experience in the Educational Sector
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
- 2 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or sales outbound
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools like Google Suite
Benefits:

- Up to 6,440.00€ gross/year in bonus
