Sales Development Representative in Enterprise Software

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and technology to be part of the future of enterprise software. Our client, SAP, is a leader in the industry and offers a highly collaborative and innovative work environment.
About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a pipeline of sales opportunities and incremental revenue aligned with the Sales and Marketing teams. You will focus on leads within your assigned space, qualifying them through digital tools and transitioning them to the appropriate Sales teams. Your primary goal will be to deliver superior customer experiences by driving digital engagement and high-quality interactions with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads received from marketing or other organizations and nurture opportunities
- Generate incremental opportunities through social selling, strategic & targeted prospecting into companies
- Manage opportunities to ensure a good transition to implementation and account development
- Hand over qualified opportunities to sales with high quality, ensuring the best customer experience
- Provide relationship management support and activity management via telephone, email, and web to ensure customer satisfaction and goal achievement
- Build and execute upon strategic outbound campaigns to obtain additional leads
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of business development or inside sales experience in B2B (enterprise software preferred)
- Experience in ERP, Digital Supply Chain, Human Resources, Customer Experience, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning
- Industry knowledge: Manufacturing, Healthcare, Governance, Education, Retail, Wholesale, Fintech, Transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science required from an accredited university; MBA or advanced degree in a related discipline preferred
- English speaker (Mandatory). Conversational fluency in a Nordic language

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 based on location and industry standards.
