Salary Information: We offer an estimated annual salary of €80,000 - €110,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: As an Inside Sales Representative at Dynatrace, you will be responsible for developing new customer leads, positioning our products, and closing business in a specified territory. You will create and execute daily sales strategies, target specific accounts, build relationships with IT and LOB teams, and determine business pain points.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop proficiency in our products and articulate business value
  • Create individual campaigns to drive conversations and convert them into discoveries, demonstrations, and evaluations
  • Prospect new accounts and build relationships using phone, social media, and email persona-based conversations
  • Effectively work with existing customers to extend their Dynatrace footprint
  • Efficiently manage time to focus on activities that grow pipeline and revenue within an emerging enterprise approach
  • Use analytical skills to understand customer needs and leverage the internal team for discovery and qualification
  • Maintain a sales pipeline in Salesforce to work towards overachievement of quota
