**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Strategist - Global Healthcare to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for assigned regional key accounts and provide effective strategic and tactical sales direction to defend and retain existing business, develop new business opportunities, and improve profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts to maximise revenues and profitability
- Identify comprehensive understanding of customer needs and drive opportunities aligned with Amcor's portfolio
- Maintain and build strong relationships with key decision makers
- Align cross-functionally with customers to agree on sustainability and innovation paths forward
- Orchestrate and lead key business negotiations
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, and Operations to ensure account strategies are implemented
About You**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Graduate in Sales, Engineering, or similar with a strong sales talent and drive to sell
- Minimum 5 years' experience in working in a large-scale B2B environment
- Relevant industry experience in technical, sales, and general management
- Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability
- Excellent project / process management skills
- Strong customer and result orientation
