Enterprise Account Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Strategist to join our team in Catalonia. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, establishing, and nurturing long-term partnerships with large enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business with large accounts in the Catalan Region using a solution selling mindset.
- Develop a strategic approach to identify and prospect new customers, being able to approach C-level interlocutors.
- Manage large accounts, helping them understand the value of working with freelancers and Malt.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
- A degree level education and significant experience in a commercial B2B role.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development of large/multinational clients and working with sales and prospection tools.
- Experience in the recruitment industry (Staffing or SSII) or digital, SaaS, IT & Services is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and intellectual agility.
- The ability to understand customer issues and objectives to offer the best approach.
As an Enterprise Account Strategist at Malt, you can expect:
- An estimated salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
