Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Overview:
Rockwell Automation, a global leader in technology, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join its team. This role involves identifying, qualifying, and contacting sales prospects for the company's ERP/MES software.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating communication with prospects via phone and email, generating and qualifying new leads, gathering market data, developing prospect relationships, and overcoming objections. Additionally, they will work closely with the Sales Development department and Sales and Marketing groups to achieve preset quotas and drive business growth.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, and legal authorization to work in Spain. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software, prioritizing sales opportunities, and a sound understanding of business functions are essential. A command of the French and English languages is mandatory, with Italian language skills being a significant plus.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
