Business Development Representative for the Dutch Market

We're a global leader in enterprise software, and we're looking for talented individuals to help us drive growth and innovation. As a Business Development Representative for the Dutch market, you'll be responsible for identifying and executing strategic growth opportunities related to our partner ecosystem.
What You'll DoYou'll work within a defined territory to hunt for new clients and increase SAP's footprint by building new relationships with existing customers through traditional and digital means. This will involve consulting customers on a range of SAP products to help improve their processes and gain productivity, time, and cost savings, as well as increasing revenue.
You'll also support efforts to build business development capabilities and organization, help implement scalable revenue programs, and work effectively in a team environment to generate high-impact results.
What You BringTo succeed in this role, you'll need 1-3 years of business development experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in ERP, Digital Supply Chain, Human Resources, Customer Experience, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.
Industry knowledge is essential, particularly in Manufacturing, Healthcare, Governance, Education, Retail, Wholesale, Fintech, or Transportation. Additionally, you should have strong interpersonal skills, including passion, curiosity, collaborative working style, active listening, empathy, and an innovative mindset.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science is required, and an MBA or advanced degree in a related discipline is preferred. Fluency in both Dutch and English is mandatory.
