We're seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our client's team in Barcelona. This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to excel in sales and build strong relationships with clients.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, outreach, assessing client needs, negotiating deals, managing relationships, and gathering feedback to improve our services.

The ideal candidate will possess native-level Dutch skills, English C1 level, prior experience in cold call sales in B2B environments, and EU citizenship or Spanish residence.

This role comes with an attractive salary package, including health coverage and private healthcare, as well as a relocation support package for candidates outside the area. We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around €60,000-€80,000 based on industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate Leads: Identify and research potential business clients to expand our network.
  • Outreach: Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to establish connections.
  • Assess Needs: Understand client requirements to offer tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Negotiate Deals: Work with clients to finalize agreements and close deals.
  • Manage Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Gather Feedback: Collect client feedback to continuously improve our services and better serve their needs.
