Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Executive to join our team, focusing on SuccessFactors as part of our Human Experience Management (HXM) field sales organization. This role requires a strong ability to build pipeline, uncover new opportunities, and develop inbound and outbound leads.

Responsibilities
  • Establish qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives.
  • Identify target accounts, profile key decision makers and influencers, and engage them via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels.
  • Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.
  • Meet daily activity KPIs.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years relevant sales/business development experience.
  • Fluent German and English speaker, with additional languages beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting, learn, and adapt quickly.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
