Our organization has a strong presence in 9 countries, including Austria, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Finland, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and Malaysia. We produce over 150 business events annually, bringing together 20,000 leaders and 2,000 solution providers, generating business opportunities through 50,000 face-to-face meetings.
About This Role
As an Executive Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals. You will work closely with our sales team to achieve common goals and develop your knowledge of different industries and markets.
Your Mission
- Prospecting: Identify and filter potential new customers to build your client portfolio.
- Initiating Contact: Reach out to potential new customers through calls, LinkedIn, and emails.
- Qualifying Customers: Evaluate whether they possess the qualities that make them suitable for our service.
- Solution Selling: Inquire about customer needs, advise on our solution, and highlight the value of our meetings.
- Closing Sales: Convert qualified leads into paying customers and build long-term relationships.
- Collaboration: Work with other teams to achieve common goals and develop your industry knowledge.

Requirements
- Excellent English language skills.
- Full professional proficiency in one of the following languages: German, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish.
- Proven track record in B2B service sales.
- Consultative sales skills, great argumentation skills, and the ability to listen.
- High energy level, can-do attitude, and willingness to take on challenges.
