We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Executive to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in engaging with new customers and building relationships to drive sales productivity. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads and opportunities through strategic prospecting, social selling, and digital transformation adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and opportunities through targeted prospecting, social selling, and digital transformation adoption
  • Develop and execute a prospecting strategy in alignment with the sales team and partners
  • Drive proactive outbound activities into net new contacts
  • Engage with C-Level executives through multi-channel touchpoints
  • Meet ambitious sales and demand generation targets
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years' experience in B2B demand generation and/or sales
  • Experience working in a software sales organization
  • Experience in the Turkish market

You should have a strong understanding of business challenges facing defined industries and/or lines of business. You will also need excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor.
