We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Executive to join our team and help drive growth opportunities for our Human Experience Management (HXM) field sales organization. As the glue between sales and marketing, you will be responsible for building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities by developing inbound and outbound leads and qualifying them for our field sales colleagues.

About the Role
  • Responsible for setting up qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives.
  • Identify target accounts, profile key decision makers and influencers, and engage them through compelling outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels.
  • Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.
About You
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented individual with 1-2 years of relevant sales/business development experience.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
