German Speaker Sales Development Executive for Digital Transformation

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Executive to join our team at SAP SuccessFactors. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales team.
About the Role:The primary responsibility of this position is to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. You will be responsible for identifying, profiling, and engaging these prospects through compelling outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects
- Meet daily activity KPIs and contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of digital transformation and its impact on businesses
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
