Job DescriptionThis role supports our partner organization in driving sales growth through the development of a lead and opportunity pipeline. As a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating business leads and managing accounts, working closely with our sales team and leveraging digital techniques to drive results.
You will have access to international projects and will work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. This role requires strategic thinking, strong initiative, and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Generate a volume business pipeline for SAP and our Partners through driving outbound calls, proactive campaigns, and managing accounts and digital activities into net new contacts.
- Develop a call strategy and action plan in alignment with the Commercial Sales and Partner Sales Team by leveraging SAP internal digital techniques, partner content, and campaign and territory planning, to strengthen the partner reach and improve target achievement.
- Generate, manage, and handover leads and opportunities by developing and driving effective calling and selling strategies that are based on valid, customer-specific value propositions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years' experience of B2B Demand Generation and/or Sales Experience working in a software sales organization.
- Experience of modern digital prospecting techniques, such as LinkedIn and Social Media Listening, blended with traditional demand generation activities- i.e calling.
- Proven ability of working to targets in a sales environment.
- Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry and line of business.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in English, any other language is a plus.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading company in the technology sector, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation. The salary for this role is estimated at €50,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid holidays.
