We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Transformation Sales Executive to join our team in the Netherlands. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your sales expertise to drive business growth and expansion in the region.

About the Role

As a Digital Transformation Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the defined territory. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that help them improve their processes, reduce costs, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunt for new clients and increase SAP footprint by building new relationships with new and existing customers through traditional and digital means.
  • Consult customers on a range of SAP products to help improve their processes and gain productivity and time, reduce costs and increase revenue.
  • Influence customers LOB and C-level execs alike.
  • Support efforts to build business development capabilities and organization.
  • Help implement scalable revenue programs.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and generate high-impact results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of business development experience in enterprise software sales preferred.
  • Experience in ERP, Digital Supply Chain, Human Resources, Customer Experience, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning.
  • Industry knowledge: Manufacturing, Healthcare, Governance, Education, Retail, Wholesale, Fintech, Transportation.
  • Interpersonal skills: passion, curiosity, collaborative working style, active listening, empathy, innovative and extra-mile mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science required from an accredited university; MBA or advanced degree in related discipline preferred.
  • Dutch speaker (Mandatory) and conversational fluency in English (Mandatory).
