SAP Se is a leading company in digital transformation, and we're looking for a talented Digital Transformation Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in the Netherlands.

With a strong background in enterprise software sales and a passion for innovation, you'll be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing effective solutions to meet their needs. Here's what you'll do:

  • Hunt for new clients and increase SAP footprint by building new relationships with new and existing customers through traditional and digital means.
  • Consult customers on a range of SAP products to help improve their processes and gain productivity and time, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
  • Influence customers LOB and C-level execs alike.
  • Support efforts to build business development capabilities and organization.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and generate high-impact results.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years of business development experience in enterprise software sales preferred.
  • Experience in ERP, Digital Supply Chain, Human Resources, Customer Experience, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning.
  • Experience and interest in challenges and trends of finance departments and translating them into solutions.
  • Industry knowledge: Manufacturing, Healthcare, Governance, Education, Retail, Wholesale, Fintech, Transportation.
  • Interpersonal skills: passion, curiosity, collaborative working style, active listening, empathy, innovative and extra mile mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science required from an accredited university; MBA or advanced degree in related discipline preferred.
  • Dutch speaker (Mandatory) and conversational fluency in English (Mandatory).

The estimated salary for this role is around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
