Job Description

SAP is a leading provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the assigned territory.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in demand generation or inside sales environments, with a strong background in people management and leadership. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales development executives, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving business results.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and solutions, to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of sales development executives to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business results and meet sales targets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in demand generation or inside sales environments.
  • Strong background in people management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving business results and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
