About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our SAP Digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team focused on generating new pipeline for our SAP HCM solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets, communicate with stakeholders, and implement processes for lead generation, demand generation, and deal execution.
  • Sales Management: Manage and develop a team of Sales Development Executives (SDE), oversee recruitment, and drive sales execution according to business targets.
  • Pipeline and Demand Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline for assigned areas of responsibility and regularly review pipeline progression.
  • Campaign Execution & Lead Management: Build and maintain relationships with key strategic customers and support target business segment Sales teams in top deals.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment.
  • Preferably digital (remote) experience.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Master or equivalent business experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

$150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include flexible working models, equal employment opportunity, and accessibility accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
