Digital Transformation Leader: HCM Sales Growth Expert

The Digital Sales Development team guides customers in making informed decisions during their digital transformation journey by creating a world-class engagement experience. This team builds and nurtures a pipeline of sales opportunities and incremental revenue aligned with the Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on prospecting into the SAP install base and net new name accounts, while nurturing leads into qualified opportunities within their assigned space. This team delivers superior customer experience through digital and high-quality engagement with potential customers.
About the RoleAs a Digital Sales Development Manager, you will lead a team focused on sourcing and nurturing demand to grow our SuccessFactors HCM footprint in NNN & IB across all industries. You will work with SAP resources, partners, and customers to develop a deep understanding of the market and drive growth. Your focus will be on SAP's Human Experience Management (HCM) solution area, which provides organizations with tools and technology to enable meaningful, productive, and personal employee experiences that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to grow the HCM sales pipeline and increase revenue
- Foster strong relationships with SAP resources, partners, and customers to drive business growth
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales strategies
