About the Job Description

This role involves leading a team of Sales Development Executives (SDE) focused on generating new pipeline for our SAP HCM solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in demand generation and inside sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets, communicate with stakeholders, and implement processes for lead generation, demand generation, and deal execution.
  • Sales Management: Manage and develop a team of SDEs, oversee recruitment, and drive sales execution according to business targets.
  • Pipeline and Demand Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline for assigned areas of responsibility and regularly review pipeline progression.
  • Campaign Execution & Lead Management: Build and maintain relationships with key strategic customers and support target business segment Sales teams in top deals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment.
  • Preferably digital (remote) experience.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Master or equivalent business experience.

Estimated Salary Range: $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
