Job Overview

Talent Search People is seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Expert to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing effective prospecting efforts to maximize coverage of defined accounts through outbound and inbound activities.

About the Role

As a Sales Growth Expert, you will generate, qualify, nurture, and handover leads and opportunities. You will also regularly review the lead pipeline and progression, providing qualitative feedback on campaigns.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year business experience, preferably in B2B sales and relationship management.
  • Experience in managing and executing outbound/inbound sales activities.
  • Proven sales drive and excellent communication skills in English (C2 level) and Dutch (C2 level).
  • Good understanding of SAP solutions and business software knowledge.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
