As a Sales Development Representative (French Speaking), you'll be at the forefront of our growth, identifying potential customers, generating robust leads, and setting the stage for our dynamic sales team.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales to join our Sales team. In this role, you will:

  • Proactively outreach prospects through cold-calling and messaging, ensuring qualified leads and inquiries.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with sales and marketing teams, offering insights on lead quality through our internal systems.
  • Elevate yourself as the Monta product suite expert, utilizing tools like Hubspot, Gong, Cognism, and Sales Navigator to fortify your sales capability and business portfolio.

Your key outcomes will be achieving set quotas by devising and executing strategic outbound plans. It's not just what you do – how your work impacts our products and processes is also important to us. We'll be measuring the tangible outcomes and improvements you set in motion, which will increase your professional growth and satisfaction with us.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months in sales development or a related role.
  • Adaptability, coachability, with a heightened sense of urgency, comfortable in a dynamic setting.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
