Sales Development Manager for HCM Solutions

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our SAP Digital team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will lead a team focused on sourcing and nurturing demand for our SuccessFactors HCM solutions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Communicate SAP's overall Sales & Marketing Strategy to stakeholders, identify key areas of the Inside Sales route-to-market, and implement processes for Lead Generation, Demand Generation, and Deal Execution.
- Sales Management: Oversee recruitment, development, and management of Sales Development Executives (SDE) and manage sales execution according to business targets.
- Pipeline and Demand Management: Ensure a healthy pipeline is in place for assigned areas of responsibility and regularly review pipeline progression.
- Campaign Execution & Lead Management: Plan, build, and maintain strong business relationships with key strategic customers and support target business segment Sales teams in top deals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment.
- Preferably digital (remote) experience.
- Fluency in English required.
- Master or equivalent business experience.

Salary Information:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
