**Job Title:** Business Development Manager for 3D Solutions

**Company Overview:** Sagan is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the Energy, Manufacturing, Industry, and AEC markets. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

**Salary:** The estimated salary for this position is between £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic business plan outlining tactical approaches to achieve targets in assigned sales regions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Create and maintain a robust year-round sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Sales and Marketing Initiatives: Contribute to the development and coordination of sales and marketing initiatives for assigned accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships within designated accounts to promote business and deliver exceptional sales service.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the EMEA Sales Manager to enhance sales, account penetration, and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Over 10 years of extensive experience in sales, account management, and/or business development roles focused on selling 3D solutions in the Energy, Manufacturing, Industry, or AEC market segments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in selling solutions and processes relevant to the industries served.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), along with strong presentation and leadership abilities.
  • Clients Needs Understanding: Skilled at understanding client needs and negotiating based on desired outcomes.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software.

**Location:** This role is fully remote, working within the EU timezone (CET +/- 2 hours). Frequent travel may be required for trade shows and face-to-face meetings with strategic clients and prospects.
