Job Overview

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects across the region and supporting the Global Account Director in detecting business opportunities and developing services for our clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering and experience with standard sales reporting tools. They will be able to engage with client departments at various levels, identify purchasing decision-making processes, and create value for the client through strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solution plans engaging regional sales/operational teams, TSP at global/regional level, and Tyco tech support centers.
  • Coach and train Tyco subsidiaries/BP in project/account management practices related to Inditex.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface between Tyco and Inditex.
  • Develop consultative sales with multiple client stakeholders.
  • Act as Program Manager/Project Manager responsible for design, execution, and control of installations and service operational optimization SLA plans.
  • Prepare monthly forecasts for different business lines.
  • Strengthen collaboration with Tyco product divisions to develop products based on VOC.
  • Define and implement KPIs and operative control processes/workflows to ensure fulfillment of global agreements with Inditex by Tyco and BPs worldwide.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
