Job DescriptionWe're looking for a highly skilled Talent Development and Operations Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. This role will be responsible for providing high-quality HR support to our retail business, working closely with our HR Manager for Iberia.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide generalist and operational HR support, acting as an internal HR consultant to advise our retail business on HR-related matters.
- Execute, coordinate, and follow up on Equality Plan actions.
- Understand the HR needs of our business and partner with managers to identify their HR service requirements and support business change efforts.
- Support Learning & Development activities in talent management and succession planning, and facilitate the implementation of organizational effectiveness and communications.
- Contribute to business projects and implement key HR processes (resourcing, performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, succession planning, policy and practice, employment legislation).
- Drive diversity in our slates and compliance in our hiring practices while acting as a strategic advisor to the business.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within an international company, and fast-paced industry sector.
- Strong understanding of labour law and HR compliance regulations.
- Spanish native or bilingual, fluent in English.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A competitive salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per year, based on experience.
