Job Description:
As a Sales Development Executive (SDR), you will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and generating new business opportunities across the Netherlands mid-market for our HCM solutions. Your key objectives include researching prospect accounts, using social and digital tools to provide insight, and maintaining ADP's position as the global HCM provider.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You must be a masterful communicator with the ability to uncover pain points and engage prospects through thought-provoking questions and insights. You should also be ambitious, with a proven track record of success in engaging prospects through social media, email, phone calls, and other industry-leading tools. Additionally, you will be a team player, working closely with your Sales District Manager to execute strategies and achieve goals.

Key Duties as an SDR:
Your responsibilities will include profiling and qualifying leads and contacts, building a multi-touch approach to each account, and detecting favorable contexts for interaction with prospects. You will also provide support to other team members when needed, make recommendations for process improvements, and identify strategic accounts and key individuals by researching business intelligence and possible needs.
