About the RoleThis is a full-time position (39 hours/week) in Barcelona with a permanent contract. The salary for this role is €25,330 gross per year, plus up to €4,470 gross per year in bonus. This role also comes with relocation support, intense sales training, and a permanent presence of coaches who will facilitate your personal and professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service
- Create, maintain, and update a database of customers with complete information
- Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base
- Record outbound call history and customers' response in detail
- Ensure customer follow-up at all times
- Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies for our own products or services
We are looking for a Dutch C2 level speaker with fluent English and previous sales experience. Additionally, you should have experience with CRM, strong written and oral business communication skills, and be comfortable in a goal-driven environment. You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
