Digital Sales Lead Generator

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Lead Generator to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a key member of our Acquisition Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across the European markets.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) based in Barcelona, with a hybrid working model that offers a great work-life balance. As a Digital Sales Lead Generator, your primary responsibility will be to prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams.

- Evaluate companies using provided guidelines and online tools to assess their potential.
- Qualify companies by conducting eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure they meet our acquisition criteria.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
- Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to the sales team's needs.
- Deliver a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.
- Provide weekly reporting and analysis of your work in a presentable format.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in digital advertising or market research.
- A minimum education level of 2nd year college or higher education.
- B2 level or higher of the market being supported.
- English C2 level.
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills, including the ability to work with pivot tables and vlookups.
