Position Overview

Autodesk is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our office-based sales team in Southern Europe. As a Digital Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, exceeding targets, and fostering a collaborative environment among team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, coach, and motivate a team of Digital Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build effective campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity.
  • Report on team and individual results, including pipeline, conversion rates, and billings accomplishment.
  • Work with internal sales operations partners to identify and implement improvements in sales productivity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of over-achieving quota expectations.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, with a focus on developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Experience establishing effective communication and engagement with customers and team members.
  • Prior inside sales experience, preferably in technology sales.
  • Fluency in English, French, or other European languages.
