Current Opportunity

We are in search of a Sales Team Lead to join our commercial team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating a team of 8 to 12 sales advisors, ensuring the team's objectives are met.

The Role
  • Manage a team of 8-12 sales advisors
  • Qualify and advise potential clients on the best ways to improve their digital marketing based on their situation and needs
  • Follow up with potential clients until the services are contracted
  • Utilize and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage potential clients and sales activities
  • Provide feedback and propose improvements to the sales process and pitch
What We Are Looking For
  • 2-3 years of experience coordinating sales teams
  • Experience in telephone sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales objectives
  • Strong proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
  • Understanding of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
