About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Papernest. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruiting, training, and coaching sales executives.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Assess individual performance and provide feedback to sales team members.
  • Incubate new business verticals and develop commercial efficiency.
  • Work closely with leadership to establish OKRs and goals for the sales team.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience managing a team, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong ability to manage end-to-end a large team and lead sales initiatives.
  • International experience, with fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of Spanish real estate and/or bank companies is a plus.
